I joined the founding group. I worked to develop and execute merchandise planning strategies to maximize sales and profitability for both brands and consigners. I was involved to devise financial plans and monthly/ seasonal forecasts to effectively drive business goals. Vaunte made a total revenue of $5.3MM in only 2 years. After first year, I promoted to be a lead merchandiser to lead a merchandising team to execute merchandising visions and worked on strategy with collaborations with a team of developers, engineers, operation, customer service under a management of CEO.
